Gangplank Ulti Bug
Me and my friend were playing a custom game when we suddenly noticed that when you cast Gangplanks ult on enemy champion it gives back the mana to the enemy if you stand in there and get hit by the bullets.

That's actually pretty cool as far as bugs go. It's my guess that it is somehow confusing the ulti for Skarner's passive.
