I got this survey in the League client after finishing a game. Clicked it to see it go to a blank page with some text that took so long to load. Then i read the text, which made me suspicious of if it was a legitimate Riot survey
Did you get it from the client or from a person?
Same happened to me, I think isn't fake because it was in the own League Client.

I just got it too it took me to: "This survey will ask you to rate champions based upon which in a group has the most interesting theme (idea of who the champion is). You will be asked to randomly rate the most and least interesting thematic for champions in groups of 4 a total of 25 times. You will also be asked to rate rather the random group of champions has any champions with an interesting theme. In total this should take you about 10 minutes."
Idk what this is about though so im just gonna leave it be
