Double Skin Boost Bug

I have 450rp left. I used double skin boost and it's supposed to take 95rp away. The next game I do it again but I realise I still have 450rp. The game after that I double check and my rp is staying the same. I should note that I also bought sailor gp for 450rp so I'm supposed to have 0rp. I tried purchasing another skin but it says I have insufficient rp.

I dont want to get banned for looking like i'm exploiting.
