Azir Turret out of range Targetting

When it was first built, it's first target was Gnar and even after he went out of range, the laser followed him but didn't actually attack him. It kept following him until it was destroyed. It wouldn't attack any other object while targetting that Gnar (it didn't even attack that Gnar).
