Wont let me buy skins in champ select.
Why is it that i can never ever buy a skin in champ select! hmm rito!!! HMMMMMM!!!! if its gunna give me the option it better work! misleading and angering...

Idk, it's like sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. You should see if there are previous posts about it here or on Reddit (I would, but it's only bothered me once or twice).
