[GAMEPLAY] Unable to leave fountain as Kennen

Could not leave fountain at all. I had troubles connecting, but when I finally did, my team was already helping the jg with gromp, so I bought my item quickly and clicked to my lane. But I couldn't go. It was like the pre-game barrier was still there. I flashed after a few seconds, and kennen just walked back as if I had disconnected. Disconnecting and reconnecting fixed it, but seeing as how I was already late....I'd rather it not happen again.
