Bug! I won my promos (3-2) but it read it as a loss.

My past 5 games were my promo games and I went 3-2 but I was told that I loss my promos and that even though I went 4/0/0 as brand support I got a D-? Can I get immediate help?

Were you afk for a few minutes (DC - PC crashed, LoL bugged, etc.)?

Nope perfectly normal game. Won lane team smashed their team won in under 20 minutes. At the end of the game it said I lost my promos even after I won 3 of them it also gave me a D- grade for going 4/0/0 as support.
