Ranked border not showing?

Is anyone else having this issue where their solo q ranked border is not displaying during loading screen? (Btw, I am 100% sure that I have "Ranked Border" selected and not "Prestige Border", also I am currently level 3 honor). I Am also 100% sure that I am in the appropriate game mode (normal games/solo qranked games)

Exact same issue for me too! I definitely have "ranked border" selected yet every time I go into a normal game it displays my level. However, occasionally (maybe once every 5 games), the game displays my ranked border, even though I've made no changes.

I have the same problem and just wrote a bug report for rito. Hopefully they fix it soon.
