[GAMEPLAY] Orianna ball indicator

Well, during my last ARAM game I was playing Orianna and after I used Q R combo I had a second ball indicator appear, it was always yellow and would not go away. Later on another one appeared when I used E R combo so I constantly had 2 extra arrows pointing towards nothing which makes it a bit confusing.

After multiple tries I managed to get the bug to happen again on ARAM map by spamming R before my Q ends that is before the ball stops moving, But it does not happen every time so it's hard to reproduce it.
