Not sure if bug, but when you purchase an elixir in ARAM while dead, the elixir starts the moment you buy it, not when you spawn.

This is intended. If you buy an elixir while you are dead, the amount of time you have left on your death timer is added to the total duration of the elixir, so you will always get the full duration. This was added close to the beginning of season 6.

Same in summoners rift.

It needs to be fixed.
