Sunfire Cape breaking Sion's Q and R.

[Gameplay] Playing as Sion i went to by sunfire cape, but when i did i'd lose access to my Q and R. I've had this happen on summoners rift and howling abyss. I only use the default skin if that helps any. Just dont buy sunfire until its fixed.
