Summoner spells not changing in champ select

[Client] it happens rarely for me, but what happens is while in champion select, other myself or one of my friends will go to change a summoner spell and it will make an indication that it was switched. But when we load into the game, The changes are reverted. This seems more likely to happen when one tries to change their summs a few seconds before the game starts.
