I had played a game with galio didnt played him before , did get an S- but didnt received a chest for it , i had 4 chest available for this week and I bought galio he wasnt even for free if someone would think it was cause of that I didnt own him, Repair this Riot and fast get me my chest -_-

On your profile page, there's a little chest icon with a number on it. That number tells you how many chests you can redeem by getting an S- or higher from you or a premade. Also, you can only redeem one chest per champion (and it's gotta be someone you own)
If you get a Galio chest because a premade got an S-/S/S+ in a game with you, you won't be able to get it again solo.
Check your champion list and see who has the boarder. If you see no boarder on Galio, it's a bug. If you see the boarder, you've already gotten the chest.
