I CAN'T FREAKING PLAY A GAME!

I have tried to play ranked matches and every time i try and play, i just get the reconnect button over and over again. I can pick and ban champs normally and all goes well until the match is about to begin. No loading screen just a reconnect button. I've pressed it over and over again until the match ends because they surrendered. I have repaired, uninstalled, used the hextech repair tool to try and fix the problem. Nothing..... Why no fix???????????
