[GAMEPLAY] Quinns' vault glitch.

Was ingame playing as Quinn vaulted off an enemy champ and landed on the enemy inhib which then caused me to not be able to do anything at all. Couldn't move, auto attack, or use any ability while i was stuck. Have had this happen landing on terrain such as walls and other things like landing on a tower
