client hard stuck in bugged screen

My client is stuck in a bugged screen as in the link. when i load the client it says "you have been removed from the party". ive tried full repairing and restarting my client. This started after spectating, closing spectating, closing the client, then turning off my pc for a while, then turning it back on later and opening the client. restarting my pc also did not work. my graphics drivers and windows are both fully updated. rito please i just want to play the game.

EDIT: i fixed the client by ending one of the league of legends tasks in task manager, one of the non main ones that was taking up a decent amount of ram.
