In Game Bug

It seems that while playing Darius, using the dunkmaster skin, as of today right clicking randomly becomes disabled for 2 to 3 seconds. At first I thought it was on ability usage, but after further trial it seems to be completely random. 2 Other people I've asked to try have reproduce the same results - all on howling abyss so far, haven't tried other maps. Anyone else?
