new client crashing when game starts

i just was on champ select on the new client then the game wouldnt start and when it did start, the client crashed and i was forced out of the game and when i tried to reopen the launcher, it couldnt open the launcher and then there was a message saying that league was already openned. so i had to restart my computer and reconnect. but 3 min in the game was already passed and they remade the game. Plus, i got ****ing 20 min waiting thing and loss a game in my promo AINT THAT FUCKIN AWESOME. SO COULD YOU JUST REMOVE THE 20 MIN BAN AND THE LOSS I GOT?? i really wanna swear a lot but im keeping it for myself so plz remove the loss and the ban
