Hextech Menu/Loot Menu Does NOT work - is Greyed out

Hi:

After the Snowdown even started the Hextech Menu/Loot Menu is now Greyed out and unclickable. Please fix. tx <3

i boght 1 capsule and i got a error the loot went gone and i never got my capsule back but the riot points are also gone :(

Maybe they are adding the snowball tokens they closed the loot at end of worlds cuz they were adding K/D/A tokens and loot
