ThunderLord no proc

Played a game early as Renekton against Riven. We both had Thunderlord but mine would never proc against her or anyone else. Worked fine previous game. Tab showed that be both had the bonus and i had the stat bonus from mastery tree.

Happened to me too, don't know how to replicate though, it seems random

Its bugged and currently looks like it may be that if someone else on your team has it it does not function properly if at all.
