Summoners Rift Shaco Devourer Bug?

As in the link above.. Shaco appears to have 4-7 wolves through the game. I dont exactly know how to replicate this glitch/bug, I tried to do it in a custom game and tried different things such as, Dying to towers.. letting your ult die to towers.. tping... trying to buy the devourer item and then undo(and sell both) and then rebuy it.. nothing seemed to work to remake this weird bug with shaco.
