[client] Not enough IP error message even with enough IP! RIOT HELP!

I have 4893 IP and it won't let me buy any 4800 champs. This sucks cuz i've been saving 4 a long time to get kennen. Riot help pls.

This happens quite a bit. Try logging into the legacy client and making a purchase there. That has worked consistently for me.
