Nami passive displays with new updated passive but not properly giving movement speed

Was playing a game as Nami and the passive reads 40(+.2 ap ratio) movement speed in game i had 509 ap. so 40 ( + 101.5) movement speed.

My movement speed was 390 and with passive it was 509. 390 + passivve (141.5) does not = 509

Either the ratio isn't properly displayed or maybe a wrong figure when it was coded. Just thought it would help to bring this up since i play her a lot and noticed it in a pvp game.

This is not a bug. Movement speed in this game has a few soft caps, one at 415 and another at 490. The way this works is once your MS reaches 415, every additional point of MS is reduced to 80% effectiveness, and once you reach 490, every additional point of MS is reduced to 50% effectiveness.
