Keyboard will not cast abilities

Every few games when I load in my keyboard will not cast any abilities. I can still type in chat and open the tab/escape menus but abilities will not cast. To fix I have to close the client, reopen, reconnect, then MAYBE it starts working. I've had to do this upwards of 4 times in the past for my keyboard to work.

This doesn't happen every game, but it happens regularly and randomly. It might happen 4 games in a row then not happen again for the next 5. It's very very frustrating when trying to play ranked and I miss out on the first 4 minutes of a game.

I've tried to uninstall/reinstall but that hasn't helped.

I've seen a few other posts on this dating all the way back to 2012 but haven't seen any fixes. Most people are commenting that it might be drivers or dead batteries, that's definitely not the case here.
