Failed attempts in joining loading screen after champ select

I've had leaverbuster which gave me 20 minute low priority queue for 5 games, which I was fine with...but after joining champion select, the client did not let me connect to loading screen, even though I pressed the reconnect button many times, I also tried restarting the client and trying, but it obviously did not work. So I thought I juts had internet problems and went to start another queue, the same thing happened again as the previous time! I think this is a problem that should be answered since I can still type text to friends in the friends list, but I cant do anything else. Please let me know if you know what is happening and how to fix it, or if you have to same problem with me. Thank you so much.
