[GAMEPLAY] URGOT- ult bug- ult doesn't work

Recently I've played few games with Urgot and at first i tought they had cleansense or some items to stop my ult but than I realized that the ult is bugged.. I tried it on every enemy champion and than it starts and the animation works perfectly and fear on the enemy team works too, but the switching doesn't work. So THE BUG IS THAT THE SWITCH WITH THE ULTED ENEMY DOES NOT WORK !! THIS IS THE MAIN FUNKTION OF HIS ULT AND IT DOESN'T WORK.

On lvl 6 i had already black cleaver,youmus, nad boots.
