matchmaking timer took 12 min still no game found

i was in match making to find a team and i didnt find a team i found me wait banned ing for 12 min still no game so i hit the x and i go to hit match with team mtes and i get banned for 5 min ... after tht time is done i go and start agin didnt find a match for 7 min and was like wtf so hit the x and got banned for 23min for nothing like wtf rellly wtf wtf wtf so dumb
