Client TM Running in Background

After Champion Select, it doesn't open the game. I checked my Task Manager and noticed that the Client TM was running in the background. When I ended this process, I clicked reconnect on the launcher screen and gave me a system error and created a memory dump. I've deleted every League file and redownloaded it a couple of times but this error is still there.
