LOG IN DISABLE

Anyone can help me with this? My Internet working just fine. Very first time this happen to me. Log-in disable. I try re-patch it doesn't work. I full repair using the tool kit still doesn't work. Not sure what to do here

I just had this problem for ~10 minutes. I found success in just opening/closing the client over and over until the problem went away...? (about 7-8 trys) Unsure how it fixed, but the bug is widespread and doesn't persist every attempt. Best of luck.
