Cannot connect to the server BUG!

Hello,

In the past month I've seen several people not connecting to the matches from the begining, tough they were afk from the start till some of the ppl managed to connect in the last few minutes of the match and explained that the client was telling them that their internet connection is failing (cannot connect to the server...check your internet connection)

Well, today I played a premade with a friend and he got this awesome bug for the first time...the funny part is that I was with him on skype during the que and all the duration of the game, whatever he did, restarting the client, unplugging the ethernet cable and so on did not fix the issue...

How is it possible for him to be able to talk on skype, as he did the match before that one but he was unable to connect due to internet connection?

His firewall is off, he does not have antivirus and this was the first time this happened to me...I am concerned that this is a bug that might start growing in numbers.
