syndra sphere bug and inhibitor tower sound effects (gameplay)

i just played a game of syndra and when used my Q-E combo the sphere was pulled to me instead of pushed away from me. this happend to me 2 times but i dont know how to reproduce it.

also the inhibitor tower continues to make the lazer sound effect even though there are no for it to aim for. mostly it stops after a new wave but i dont know how it starts.
