5.22 Hunter's Talisman with Certain Abilities
Making this bug report again because it was not addressed with the push of 5.22
Certain champions abilities are not interacting properly with the HP drain of Hunter's Talisman. This is a significant nerf to jungle sustain of

If this is not a bug, please respond and let me know. Otherwise I will continue to make this thread each patch it is not fixed.
Description: Hunter's Talisman does not properly trigger when jungle monsters are damaged by certain champion abilities.
Frequency: 100% of the time
Effect on Gameplay: Champions relying on the affected abilities to trigger and maintain the Hunter's Talisman HP drain have significantly less HP while clearing.
Expected Behavior: After being damaged by the affected abilities, the monsters would have their health drained by the Talisman and would have the purple fire visual effect to indicate this.
Actual Behavior: After the third area of effect swing, enemies do not receive the purple fire visual effect and their health is not drained. Because of the description for the Hunter's Talisman stating that any damage on a monster will trigger the health drain effect, it is expected that the damage caused by these abilities would cause it to trigger, which leads me to believe this is a bug. Further, Nocturne's recommended starting item is the Hunter's Talisman, which suggests that it was expected his AoE swings would trigger this ability to help him sustain.
To Reproduce: Begin attacking a jungle camp with more than one monster as an affected champion without using any abilities. Monitor the health of one of the secondary monsters after beginning to attack. Use one of the affected abilities and wait for it to cause damage to the monster. The monster's health will lower based on the damage from the ability but will not continue to tick down for the Hunter's Talisman passive afterward.

Turret basic attacks (lasers properly trigger it)
Titan's Wrath damage
Passive AoE attack
Queen's Wrath AoE damage
Jack in the Box
Ricochet secondary targets
Toxic Shot poison damage
Basic attacks from any ghoul
In order to try and help pinpoint the source of the bug, I have listed all affected abilities that I could find above. Other similar or suspect abilities that I tested that are functioning properly are listed below.
