[Level Up Bug, No Capsule]

I just hit level 40 just now, an image saying "congrats etc." displayed and showed that I had gotten a different type of capsule. As usual I clicked "ok" or whatever command is given and quickly went into the "Loot" menu. The capsule was not there and so I closed the client and re-logged and still did not appear. Even restarted PC to see if anything would happen.

Any tips or help I could get? Thanks.
