Can log in but can’t see friends or play games

I was wondering if anyone else has this issue right now. The league client let’s me log in but once I log in I can’t see anyone in my friends list because it says I am offline. I can create a lobby and start queue but I can’t connect to any games once queue pops. I tried repairing client and reinstalling and still doesn’t work.
