[GAMEPLAY] Zed bug, W-E combo, e on shadow does not proc.

Everytime I play zed, there is always a bug when I hit his w-e combo. For instance, when I press w, and hit e quickly right after, only zed uses e and the shadow doesn't. The e also goes into cooldown. Is it me or is it a bug? I am not sure if this is supposed to happen.
