Wukong bug on his ultimate - Patch 8.17

Hi I just played a game with Wukong in Normal Draft on the patch 8.17 From my level 6 until the end of the game my ultimate was on cooldown when i used it but nothing happened. It never worked, I tried to reload the game by disconnecting and then reconnecting but nothing to do, it never worked. I launched my R a lot of time to try when it was on cooldown. There was also no description for the spell, just something like "click again to stop Cyclone"
