[CLIENT] Stuck at 33%

Usually when you're open up you're league of legends it just instantlly (When theres no updates) launch you in the logging screen. But instead it stays at 33% and you have to wait untill...I don't even know how many files to scan, around 6000? This bug has occured to me many times and I'm getting impatient and I don't wanna wait anymore. Riot when will you fix this. Probably the 3rd time it happened to me this week. Get working please. :C
