Corki Gatling Gun Noise Nonstop When Out of Fog of War Dead or Alive

I'm not sure what caused it, but in a recent game I was fighting a Corki and multiple teammates started hearing the noise when Corki was present. It didn't appear to have correlation to interaction with Corki seeing as when I killed him I started hearing it but when my ADC killed him he still couldn't. Later in the game the bug developed in more people.
