Login screen doesn't update even after the patch....

So...I have no idea what else to do. My game still shows the Sylas login screen with all the other champs even after patching/updating...has someone else been experiencing this issue? I really want to have the star guardian login screen 2019. I got the 2019 MSI login but then it went back to one previously mentioned...riot please update this...[slayer-jinx-unamused]
