Shop bug, pretty serious

so after getting murdered by an AP sejuani top last game, i decided to buy her and try her out. my IP was spent, it said i bought her, and it even says in my purchase history that i bought sejuani, but i dont see her as selectable in any game. i tried to select her, then it said something like "champion not found" as an error message and now i cant even search her in teambuilder. the weird thing is she still shows up in my purchase history. last thing bought is sej.

i dunno what's up with it, but if the store is bugged where its charging people and not honoring purchases that seems pretty serious to me.

I've also encountered this problem when buying a new champ. I've tried many different things, and nothing seems to fix it except to wait. Backing in and out of queue, going into the store and clicking the champ, going into my profile and clicking the champ, restarting the client, etc etc. Also when it was selectable, would give me an error along the lines of "invalid champ select" or something similar to that.
