Lost lp because of remake but i didnt afk

Hi. Our leona was afk for 1minute but she was in lane ar about 1:30 but somehow we still had the remake option and my team decided to remake. I lost lp and i have a afk 20 min 5 games ban. I was the jungler and was just starting my blue buff at around 1:40 than they remade and i lost lp and got the ban i wasnt premade with the other person and i connected at the same time as everybody else and i was just starting to farm so how did this happen

If you were not premade with the person who connected late you should not have been punished. Honestly, the remake option should not even be available if all 5 players are connected. If you were premade with top or mid and they were afk, then the system punishes you, I think. I do not know exactly how it works, but if all 5 players were connected to the game then no one should be punished in my opinion.
