Loading Issue

Does anyone know how to communicate with riot so that I can avoid having 20 minute low priority queue? For some unknown reason a couple of my games have failed to load and before I have time to reconnect my teams just remakes causing me to get banned.

I have the same problem!! I made a ticket but Riot never got back to me and this was 6 days ago! I'm so tilted It honestly makes me want to find another MoBA. It's pretty sad.

Please let me know if you find a fix!
