Olaf's ult is able to be used while in hard CC. There are no descriptions in the tool tip to suggest that his ult is unlike any other ability in the game. Please add something to the tool tip to suggest otherwise or fix this bug, ty.
Passive: Olaf gains 20/30/40 Armor and 20/30/40 Magic Resist. Active: Olaf removes all disables from himself and becomes immune to them for the next 6 seconds. Olaf also receives a 50/60/70% Movement Speed bonus towards enemy champions for 1 second. During this time, Olaf loses the passive portion of Ragnarok and gains 40/60/80 Attack Damage.
It says so already.
Oh, side note: There are a few other ults that can be used while hard CC'd. So it's not really unlike any other ability.

Read his ult. Like actually fully read it. It does say his ult will remove all CC currently on him.
