[CLIENT] After spectating champion select doesn't load

After spectating a game, my lobby was bugged so that it was missing one of the party members and the other two just showed as golden black circles for their summoner icons. Once we finished matchmaking my champion selection & banning never loaded. I was unable to ban a champion causing me to have to restart my client and wait 5 minutes to play. My other friend had this same issue.
