[GAMEPLAY] Vegiar Stun removes Jarvan Flag

Not entirely sure what happened, but a Jarvan was chasing me when I was placing Vegiar, I threw out a stun at almost the same time the flag was placed, the flag disappeared, the Jarvan Q didn't connect with anything, and I got out alive. Another Jarvan bug to add to the list, but I was thinking the Veigar stun might interact with other objects like Jarvan flag and delete those as well.
