PBE Games Wait Time Bug

Whenever i try and play a normal game in pbe it give me the notification that i have to wait 10 minutes before every game before i can play because i have recently gone afk or DCed from a game. The problem with this is i literally have not done either of these things. My match history as small as it is dates all the way back to February all the way through May and none of them say i have left. I have left MY OWN CUSTOM GAMES. I reapeat MY OWN CUSTOM GAMES. These custom games i played by myself just to test ou changes to champs, new champs, or skins for champs. These were never full custom games. So if the game is counting my leaving of my own custom games against me thats BS. Please fix this or find the issue so other people and myself do not have to deal with this. This really discourages me from even bothering with pbe.
