[GAMEPLAY] Garen spin not cancelled by Tahm Kench Devour

I was playing a game and realized that Tahm Kench's Devour does not cancel Garen's spin. I assume this is a bug because the whole point of Devouring an enemy champ is to take away their ability to do damage for a short time (as well as re-position them, of course) such as cancelling Sion Q in the Champion Spotlight. If needs to be fixed because if I Devour a spinning Garen, then i am taking the most possible damage from the spin instead of just walking away. Rito pls fix

Garen's spin isn't cancelled by ANY form of CC, including polymorph. Fairly certain that it's working as intended, as it's a non-channeled ability similar to Fiddle's ultimate (after the channel of course) and Swain's ultimate.

Don't pick them up during their non-channeled persistent abilities if you want to avoid it. If it's not cancelled by a stun, it won't be cancelled by Tahm Devouring them, and is intended. You can also do this to allies; you can grab a Garen, Wukong, Fiddles, Swain etc. doing their AoE and it will keep going while they are protected.
