No champions appearing in champ select

Sometimes while in champ select when it comes time to pick my champion there is nothing to pick. It's just the normal background screen. I've tried clicking on just about everything and minimizing the client, but still can't actually pick. I keep getting dinged with dodges even though I'm not trying to dodge. This has happened at least 4 different times now. Anyone else having this issue/know a fix?

Yes, I am also having this problem. I am currently sitting in a dodge cool down because of this bug.

I'm going to upvote this because I'm sitting at -23 lp now because of this and its grinding my gears. Sitting in a long queue timer because of it.
