Rito plz help with this crash...

I have mentioned this issue many times and i can't seem to get any help on it or any kind of a fix. What happens: only in champ select, my client crashes. This happens so much that im currently on like a 20 min wait to get into a game and losing tons of LP. Basically the timer and all keeps ticking, i can see and read chat, but i can't pick or ban a champ. If it fails to reconnect before i can submit my pick (which usually happens but not always), then i get kicked from the lobby. Eventually, i get some kind of window that says attempting to reconnect and then more windows forever how many times i tried to pick a champ that says something like (failed to pick your champion, try again.) Let me say that i have no ingame issues, my connection is fine, i stay at a VERY consistent 35 ping while in game, my only issue seems to be with the client. I'm just very frustrated at this point because I'm losing LP and getting put on dodge timers and no matter how many times i mention it, i never seem to get any answer that helps. I have even done full repairs on the client...
