After uninstalling and reinstalling League of Legends, I am stuck on repairing?

I dont undertstand at all i was playing the game then I received a bug splat then my game crashes and then the game would no longer open. Since then I uninstalled and reinstalled LoL 7 times, I finally completed the update and it went over the amount of Mb's it said, so i restarted my pc and reopened the client and for the 8th time now i am stuck on the repairing client it will not move past a certain point. Please someone help with what is going on.......

This happened to me after playing on a different region, then switching back to NA (playing on a different account, mind you). I accidentally logged into my EuW account on NA's server, then it borked into a weird 'installing the client' screen. Currently using the NA client's manual repair, I'll let you know how that goes.

Edit: It did. Try opening the settings panel and using the Full Repair option. It takes a lot longer, but it worked for me.
